Plain-language summary: we collect your email when you subscribe or buy, use trusted providers (Beehiiv, Cloudflare, Stripe) to run the service, never sell your data, and you can ask us to access or delete it at any time. 1. Who is responsible for your data

Signato is an independent publisher of AI governance intelligence and is responsible, as the data controller, for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@signato.ai.

2. What we collect

Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter, download the starter kit, or buy a product.
Aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics (page views and visits) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors.
Purchase information for products you buy, processed by our payment provider (we do not store your card details).
Optional marketing measurement (advertising pixels) only if you give consent through the cookie banner; with consent declined or no campaign running, no such tracking occurs.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To send the newsletter and the materials you requested, on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw anytime).
To deliver and support a product you purchased, on the basis of performance of a contract.
To keep the service secure and working, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4. Who processes your data for us

We use established providers acting as our processors: Beehiiv (newsletter and email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and privacy-preserving analytics), and Stripe (payments). Each handles your data under its own terms and safeguards. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers maintain (such as standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email while you remain subscribed or while needed to support a purchase, and remove or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar regime, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@signato.ai. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and tracking

The site works without tracking you. We do not set non-essential cookies unless you accept them in the banner. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate.

9. Children

Signato is a professional service and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
