Signato products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase and accessing the download, you ask us to start delivery right away and acknowledge that, under EU consumer rules for digital content, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty or not as described.
